In Q4 FY2026, Salesforce announced three strategic acquisitions that significantly expand Agentforce’s capabilities across marketing, commerce, and revenue intelligence. Combined with the completed Informatica acquisition, these moves signal Salesforce’s intent to build end-to-end agentic capability across the entire customer lifecycle.

What’s New

Qualified is a leading provider of agentic AI marketing solutions. Bringing Qualified into the Salesforce ecosystem will enable customers to deploy fully-featured marketing agents that autonomously generate pipeline — moving beyond campaign automation to autonomous demand generation.

Cimulate specializes in AI-powered product discovery and agentic commerce. The acquisition strengthens Agentforce Commerce by accelerating improvements to search and discovery, helping retailers deliver more personalized, contextual, and conversational shopping experiences.

Momentum is a conversational insights and revenue orchestration platform. This acquisition extends Agentforce 360 and Slackbot’s ability to ingest and analyze unstructured data from third-party voice and video channels and apply those insights directly to agentic workflows.

All three transactions are expected to close in Q1 of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.

In parallel, Salesforce completed its Informatica acquisition, bringing enterprise data catalog, integration, governance, quality, privacy, metadata management, and Master Data Management services to the Salesforce platform.

What Enterprises Should Do Now

These acquisitions show Salesforce is building comprehensive agentic capability across marketing, commerce, sales intelligence, and enterprise data management. Organizations already invested in Salesforce should begin evaluating how these new capabilities will integrate with their existing platform footprint. Incepta’s enterprise architecture practice can help assess readiness and plan adoption as these products become available.
