The implementation of Mulesoft (4.4.0) integration workflows yielded significant improvements:
- We successfully defined CDM that allowed data to flow between different systems and vendors with ease.
- The APIs were able to handle a huge number of APIs calls seamlessly when new vendors were introduced with minimum configuration updates
- Due to time sensitive nature of orders, Mulesoft API allowed orders to be created and updated (near) real time
- 3-Tier Architecture of Mulesoft APIs allowed the connectivity to channels to be separated from data processing and also from end systems thereby increasing the discovery and reusability of the APIs.
