- They needed to integrate with Black Knight, a US-based lending platform, for automatic appraisal requests.
- Integrating CNX into major LOS systems, including Black Knight, was challenging due to varied appraisal processes.

- We integrated Real EC Software by using MuleSoft API-led connectivity architecture.
- We exposed CNX’s existing capabilities by submitting an order – updating an appraisal order; adding pictures to the appraisal order and managing disputes.
- We used MuleSoft’s API-led architecture to create and automate APIs that fit the Real EC software requirements so that Real EC can submit appraisal requests to NAS/CNX and get real-time live updates.
- We assessed and analyzed the client’s applications, processes, and technologies to develop a strategic MuleSoft integration plan.
- We implemented security enhancements with an API gateway and IAM, and externalized business rules through a rule engine.
- We modernized workflows by transitioning to API architecture, developed data lake services, and supported the rollout of the fully integrated NAS One platform.
